Let’s Talk About Sex: Addressing Sexual Health and STIs in Older Adults
Any sexually active person is at risk for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), but few older adults (individuals ages 65 and older) are routinely screened for STIs or counseled about risk reduction. This 60-minute webinar looks at STI epidemiology and rates in older adults, how physicians can approach sexual health discussions with their older patients, and how physicians can extend sexual health care to long term care facilities.
